Job summary

Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to lead high-impact cloud and AI transformation programs in ANZ. You will translate business strategy into executable technical plans, steer cross-functional teams, and work with customers and AWS partners to realise measurable outcomes.

You will engage with executives, shape roadmaps, and drive migration or modernization efforts with high autonomy and senior leadership exposure.

Qualifications

5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with business impact.
2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists, or partners.
Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects across teams.
Broad knowledge across compute, networking, security, data, AI/ML.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Understand customer objectives, develop executable strategies, and drive implementation with AWS teams and partners.
Guide customers through architecture decisions and transformation roadmaps.
Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives including change management and governance.
Translate requirements into adoption strategies that connect to business outcomes.
Communicate across levels from technical leads to executives.
