Amazon AWS ANZ Partner Organization is seeking a Partner Development Manager to lead a portfolio of consulting and technology partners in the Commercial segment across Australia and New Zealand. You will shape joint business plans, drive co-sell motions, and manage partner relationships to grow customer adoption of AWS.

• Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a partner portfolio in the Commercial segment across AU/NZ.
• Develop joint business plans and co-sell motions with partners.
• Manage relationships with partner organisations and serve as day-to-day contact.
• Create and progress partner-attached pipeline with Commercial sales teams.
