Job summary

Excel Building Management in Sydney's Elizabeth Bay area seeks a Head Concierge to lead a dedicated team and elevate guest experience in a prestige property. You will ensure high service levels and professional responsiveness to resident and guest requests.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, guarding security, training staff, handling incidents, and coordinating with Building Manager. Immediate start, full-time hours 7 am–3 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail and BuildingLink).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the concierge team, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
• Manage resident inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Train and mentor concierge staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
• Internal and External Patrolling.
• Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.
