Excel Building Management Pty Ltd is seeking a Guest/Concierge Services Manager (Head Concierge) to lead the concierge team in Sydney. You will supervise front-of-house operations, allocate daily duties and ensure consistent, professional service across resident and client interactions.

The role focuses on coordinating front-of-house services, monitoring staff performance and maintaining service standards per company procedures and site requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating concierge, guest services or reception teams.
• Ability to allocate work and monitor service delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience maintaining service levels and records.
• Proficiency in MS Office and electronic record-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily concierge team to ensure efficient service.
• Allocate duties according to operational needs and resident service requests.
• Train and guide staff on procedures and communication standards.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain records, logs and documentation; ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and access for visitors and contractors.
• Respond to escalated resident enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
