Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food for consumption or delegate to kitchen staff.

• Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
• Communicate with managers regarding preparation and service issues in the restaurant.
• Ensure kitchen staff follow directives and maintain high food quality.
