Job summary

GWA Group is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Analyst to join the People & Performance team in North Sydney on a 9-month parental leave contract. This is a hands-on role to configure, maintain and optimise our Workday platform.

You will design and test Workday processes, manage data uploads with EIB, develop reports, support security and integrations, and explore AI-driven improvements to processes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Practical Workday EIBs experience.
• Experience creating and developing Workday reports.
• Experience configuring and testing business process enhancements.
• Extensive Workday HCM knowledge and HR process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test Workday business processes and enhancements.
• Manage mass data uploads using Workday EIB, including validation.
• Create and modify Workday reports to deliver insights.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and coordinate with external support.
• Support Workday security, integrations and system optimisation.
• Contribute to testing and implementation of Advanced Compensation.
• Explore opportunities to use AI within Workday processes to drive efficiencies.
