Job summary

GWA Group is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Analyst to join the People & Performance team in North Sydney on a 9-month parental leave contract.

You will configure and test Workday processes, manage mass data uploads with Workday EIB, create and modify reports, and support HR lifecycle transactions while maintaining data integrity. You will also troubleshoot issues and collaborate with external support to optimise the system.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Practical experience using Workday EIBs.
• Experience creating and developing Workday reports.
• Experience configuring and testing business process enhancements.
• Extensive Workday HCM experience and understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test Workday business processes and enhancements.
• Manage mass data uploads using Workday EIB, including preparation, validation and exception resolution.
• Create and modify Workday reports to deliver better business insights.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions and maintain data integrity.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and work with external support where required.
• Support Workday security, integrations and continuous system optimisation.
• Contribute to the testing and implementation of Advanced Compensation.
• Explore opportunities to use AI within Workday processes to drive efficiencies.
