  • Partner with senior People stakeholders to maintain systems governance and prioritise projects, initiatives and reporting requirements.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business decision-making and encourage self-service.

  • Research emerging technologies and contribute to the organisation’s People Digital Strategy.

  • Support the implementation of new systems, technologies and processes.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure solutions are aligned with business and user needs.

  • Provide guidance and support across systems administration, security, reporting and process improvement.

  • Develop digital learning resources and maintain SharePoint content.

  • Provide training and coaching to managers and People team members to help them confidently utilise available systems and technology.

  • Support incoming system queries and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

  • Contribute to change management and system enhancement activities, including relevant documentation and approvals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical systems expertise with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years’ hands-on Workday configuration experience essential.

  • Experience across Workday HCM and/or Recruitment will be highly desirable.

  • Experience working with project methodologies and tools such as Agile and JIRA.

  • Understanding of ticketing systems and experience managing support escalations.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and SharePoint.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capability, with the ability to identify practical and effective solutions.

  • Experience preparing and submitting change requests and system enhancement documentation.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A genuine interest in improving systems, processes and the employee experience.
