Job summary

Nine Entertainment Co in North Sydney is seeking a Chris21/Workday Functional Analyst for a 12-month contract. You will resolve integration touchpoints between Workday, Chris21, and third-party platforms, reporting to the Lead Payroll Systems Analyst and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will triage errors, analyse logs, manage service tickets, and perform master data audits while supporting system testing, upgrades, and bi-annual Workday/Chris21 releases as required by the vendor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday and HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Chris21 integration and payroll processes.
• Experience with testing lifecycle, UAT, and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve integration errors between Workday, Chris21, and third-party systems.
• Analyse logs, EIBs, and payload files to restore data flows.
• Manage Tier 2/3 ServiceNow tickets and data audits.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and configuration updates.
• Support system testing, upgrades, and vendor releases.
