Job summary

Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist with MAYDAY Recruitment Group is pivotal in shaping People Systems, reporting and technology. You will own Workday configuration, dashboards and governance, partnering with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Expect a 6-month parental leave contract in Sydney with hybrid work options, a focus on employee experience, and opportunities to lead digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience across Workday HCM and/or Recruitment desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of ticketing systems and escalations.
• Strong Excel and SharePoint skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Workday ensuring efficient processes and positive user experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with senior People stakeholders to govern systems and prioritise reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making and self-service.
• Contribute to change management and system enhancement documentation.
