The Fresh Collective is seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor for Strathfield Golf Club in NSW. You will lead from the floor, supervise front‑of‑house staff, and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for members and guests across Bistro 18 and the Halfway Kiosk.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll run shifts, coach staff, manage bookings and maintain high service standards. RSA is required; regular rosters and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality environments such as clubs, cafes, restaurants or similar.
• Hands-on leadership style with calm, practical approach to service.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to organise, motivate and support a team through busy service periods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Bistro service with a hands-on floor presence and oversee service flow.
• Coach and support front-of-house team during service periods.
• Run pre-service briefings and allocate sections, duties and breaks.
• Ensure Bistro 18 readiness from opening to close and manage the Halfway Kiosk operations.
