Job summary

The Fresh Collective is seeking a Casual Function & Event Supervisor for Strathfield Golf Club. You’ll lead events across multiple spaces, supervise waitstaff and bartenders, and act as the primary client liaison from setup through pack down.

This role suits someone with 6–12 months experience as Head Waiter or Venue Supervisor, with strong communication and a passion for memorable guest experiences. RSA certification required; casual rates apply.
