Job summary

Indigo HR is seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to help establish and grow a new orthopaedic specialist practice. You will shape systems, processes and workflows from day one, while coordinating clinics and daily administration across sites.

You’ll be based mainly at SAN Wahroonga with travel to Westmead Private and Norwest Private, plus hybrid work options—up to three half days from home each week. The role evolves toward broader management as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Practice Manager role from outset.
• Experience coordinating clinics and day-to-day administration.
• Establish systems, processes and workflows for a growing practice.
• Based at SAN Wahroonga with travel to Westmead and Norwest.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate specialist consulting clinics and practitioner diaries.
• Manage appointments and patient communications across locations.
• Oversee hospital admissions and theatre-related administration.
• Handle medical billing and general practice administration.
• Liaise with hospitals, referrers and other healthcare providers.
• Use Gentu for appointments, patient information and admin tasks.
• Develop templates, systems and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the patient journey.
