Job summary

Indigo HR is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join a new orthopaedic practice in Sydney. You will help establish how the clinic operates, shape systems and workflows, and gradually take on broader management responsibilities as the practice grows.

The role offers hybrid work flexibility (up to three half-days at home) and progression toward a predominantly on-site practice management focus as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a medical practice or senior medical administration role.
• Excellent organisation and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate clinics, diaries and patient communications.
• Strong initiative to shape systems, processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate specialist clinics across locations.
• Manage practitioner diaries and appointments.
• Communicate with patients and respond to enquiries.
• Coordinate hospital admissions and theatre administration.
• Handle medical documentation and billing.
