Job summary

Private Practice Medical Consulting in Brisbane is seeking a Practice Manager to help build a brand-new general practice. The role focuses on shaping culture, teams, workflows and leveraging technology to deliver excellent patient care.

You will design reception/nursing processes, implement operational systems, oversee accreditation and Medicare processes, billing, and doctor support. This is a rare chance to influence a fresh facility from day one and set the course for its future.

Responsibilities

• Lead a brand-new general practice launch and shape its functions.
• Develop team culture and recruiting processes to build a cohesive, high-performing workplace.
