Job summary

Beltrame Civil is seeking a hands-on Fleet & Plant Asset Coordinator to maintain and repair our diverse fleet and manage maintenance scheduling. The role blends site and workshop work, requiring practical problem-solving and independent ownership of assets.

You will diagnose faults, coordinate repairs, monitor equipment condition, and keep accurate maintenance records while supporting fleet readiness and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to diagnose faults and determine repair strategies.
• Experience coordinating repairs, servicing and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake minor repairs and preventative maintenance on company plant, vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinate response to unscheduled breakdowns and organise external servicing as needed.
• Maintain asset registers and ensure fleet readiness and compliance.
