Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Plant Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Transport & Civil Infrastructure unit, ensuring safe, reliable plant and workshop operations. This full-time role supports maintenance, servicing and asset replacement planning across council facilities.

You will drive continuous improvement, balance budgets, and foster a culture of safety and service excellence for our community across the Northern Beaches region.

Qualificações

• Experience in plant, fleet or workshop operations.
• Asset lifecycle management experience.
• Safety-first, customer-focused approach.
• Strong leadership and budgeting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a safety-focused workplace culture and build strong relationships across Council.
• Oversee operation of major plant and workshops, including servicing, maintenance, acquisition, disposal and replacement planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage lifecycle costs, replacement programs and budgets.
