Job summary

M2P Engineering, based in Brisbane via Salisbury, Queensland, is seeking an Asset Coordinator to manage fleet, plant and equipment across multiple projects. The role is hands-on with strong focus on maintenance planning, asset registers and compliant practices.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, site teams and external service providers to keep assets available and reliable. Based at our Salisbury workshop, you will drive maintenance schedules, coordinate movements and ensure safe,

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning or asset coordination.
• Trade background in mechanical or related field.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to engage with project managers, trades, suppliers and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the availability, allocation and movement of fleet, plant and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance, servicing, repairs and inspections.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and follow up outstanding work to minimise downtime.
• Raise and manage work orders through to completion.
• Support compliance with safety and chain of responsibility requirements.
