Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Duty Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
• Current RSA, RSG and TAB accreditation.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and supporting the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Being hands-on across the public bar, terrace, bistro and gaming room, stepping in wherever the business needs you.
• Managing daily operations and ensuring service runs efficiently, even during peak periods.
• Creating a welcoming, friendly and memorable experience for our guests.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety and responsible service.
• Overseeing staff performance, delegating tasks and leading confidently through busy services.
• Ensuring compliance with RSA, RSG, TAB and relevant gaming and liquor regulations.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and confidently.
