Snowy River Caravans in Perth is seeking an organised, energetic Handover / Delivery Coordinator to join our dealership team. From sale to handover, you’ll manage the delivery process and ensure a professional customer handover that leaves the customer impressed.

You’ll be the main contact for delivery enquiries, keep customers informed, coordinate orders, complete paperwork, and work closely with the sales and service teams to hit handover targets.

Formación

• 2+ years in caravan, RV or automotive industries preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
• Confident managing multiple customers and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills with Outlook/Word/Excel.
• Current driver’s licence required.
• Caravan towing experience is highly regarded.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently within a team.

We are looking for an organised, energetic and customer-focused Handover / Delivery Coordinator to join our Perth dealership team.

This is a key role in the customer journey. Once the sale is complete, you take the wheel — keeping our customers informed, coordinating their order and ensuring everything is ready for an exciting and professional caravan handover.

The role:

As our Handover / Delivery Coordinator, you’ll manage the delivery process and make sure every customer receives a professional and memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the main point of contact for customer delivery enquiries
• Keeping customers regularly updated on the progress of their caravan
• Coordinating customer orders and delivery requirements
• Finalising paperwork for dealership and caravan show sales
• Managing and completing orders through the dealer portal
• Coordinating and conducting customer handovers
• Ensuring handovers are completed accurately and on time
• Working closely with the sales and dealership teams to achieve handover targets
• Resolving issues quickly and keeping the customer experience front and centre

You will need to demonstrate:

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in the caravan, recreational vehicle or automotive industr
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Confidence managing multiple customers and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
• A current driver’s licence
• Caravan towing experience is highly regarded
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative dealership team
