You will oversee bookings, payments and reception duties while maintaining high standards of guest service, solving enquiries, and coordinating daily operations with park management.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, leadership and a calm, organised approach in busy environments, and own vehicle to travel between sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, tourism, accommodation, hospitality or similar environment.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Confident, organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own vehicle and available to work across 5 locations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support our Guest Services team in their daily duties
• Provide friendly, professional and efficient service to guests
• Assist with bookings, enquiries, payments and general reception duties
• Help resolve guest enquiries and concerns in a professional and positive manner
• Ensure reception and Guest Services operations run smoothly each day
• Support the team during busy periods and provide guidance when required
• Maintain high standards of presentation, communication and customer service
• Work closely with park management and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Assist with the coordination and prioritisation of daily operational requirements
