Job summary

Alloggio is seeking a Client Services Executive to manage a portfolio of holiday accommodation on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll oversee guest experiences, check-ins/outs, and the frontline operations of the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams, reporting to the Portfolio Manager.

You will build productive relationships with property owners, drive revenue growth, and coordinate maintenance with vendors. A current driver’s license and Australian work rights are required; local knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing accommodation assets profitably.
• Strong local contacts and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen, with a record of growing revenue or properties.
• Experience with RMS, HomHero, Guesty, Hirum or Zoho.
• Current driver’s licence and Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Build productive, long-term relationships with property owners.
• Manage and grow your assigned portfolio, working with the Business Development Manager.
• Oversee guest check-in, check-out, key management and after-hours escalations.
• Lead the Housekeeping team and conduct regular property inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance quotes and manage contractors and vendors.
