Job summary

Reflections Holidays in NSW is seeking reliable team players to maintain lawns and gardens, clean guest facilities, and assist visitors within our park. This hands-on role requires practical, physical work and a proactive, positive attitude.

Flexible weekend and holiday availability is essential to cover peak seasons. Previous hospitality experience is valued but not required; Australian work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• Can-do, solutions-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to perform manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability including weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded, but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining lawns, gardens and trees
• Cleaning/upkeep of guest facilities
• Performing daily checks of Water Treatment Plant
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service
• Following work health and safety procedures

Job description
