Job summary

Reflections Holiday Parks is seeking candidates for roles within our NSW parks. Duties include lawn maintenance, cleaning guest facilities, and daily checks of Water Treatment Plant, with a focus on delivering quality guest service.

We value a positive, can-do attitude, the ability to work independently, and strong teamwork. Weekend and public holiday availability are preferred, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Driver's license with own transport.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Can-do, solutions-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks in all conditions.
• Flexible availability including weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining lawns, gardens/trees.
• Cleaning and upkeep of guest facilities.
• Performing daily checks of Water Treatment Plant.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Following Work Health and Safety procedures.
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
