Job summary

Reflections Holidays is seeking staff to help maintain guest facilities across our NSW parks. The role involves cleaning amenities, laundry and camp kitchens, replenishing stock, and guiding visitors with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Ideal applicants are reliable, flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team. Weekend and public holiday availability is required, with wellbeing programs and staff discounts offered after probation.

Job description

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Drivers Licence and own vehicle or access to reliable transport.
• The ability to work productively & independently.
• A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
• The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work.
• Previous experience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.

The Duties will include; (but not limited to):

• Cleaning of guest facilities, inclusive of amenities, laundry & camp kitchens.
• Assisting with stock replenishment.
• Assisting & directing visitors within the park
• Following work health & safety procedures.
