You will guide prospective residents on tours, help with rostering and payroll tasks, and join a values-led team committed to compassionate care and a true team spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles in aged care or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to support a care community.
• Friendly, professional manner with a genuine desire to help people.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide essential administrative support to ensure our care community runs smoothly.
• Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community.
• Manage rostering and payroll tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Work as part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service.
