lyf Bondi Junction, part of The Ascott Limited, seeks a skilled Lyf Guard Supervisor to lead the Guest Service team and ensure consistently high service standards for guests. This full-time role reports to the Chief Lyf Guard and collaborates with guests and staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will train and coach team members, monitor performance, and address service issues while ensuring compliance with policies and audits.

lyf Bondi Junction is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join as a lyf Guard Supervisor. This full-time role will report to the Chief lyf Guard and work closely with our guests and team to deliver exceptional guest experience.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Supervising the Guest Service team to deliver consistently high service standards and memorable guest experiences.

Training, developing and supporting team members while monitoring performance and addressing service or operational issues as required.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and audit requirements, including cashiering, check-in processes, operational logs and data quality standards.

Handling guest enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, while actively encouraging guest recognition and engagement.

Supporting daily property operations, including room checks, revenue management activities, target achievement and collaboration with other departments.

To be successful in this role you must have:

Previous experience in guest services, front office or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, train and support a customer-focused team.

A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and confidently resolving guest concerns.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain operational, compliance and audit standards.

Confidence using property management systems and relevant software, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
