Job summary

lyf Bondi Junction, part of The Ascott Limited, seeks a skilled Lyf Guard Supervisor to lead the Guest Service team and ensure consistently high service standards for guests. This full-time role reports to the Chief Lyf Guard and collaborates with guests and staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will train and coach team members, monitor performance, and address service issues while ensuring compliance with policies and audits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate, train and support a customer-focused team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain standards and audits.
• Confidence using property management systems and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the Guest Service team to deliver high service standards and memorable guest experiences.
• Training, developing and supporting team members while monitoring performance and addressing issues.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and audit requirements including cashiering and check-ins.
• Handling guest enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Supporting daily property operations, including room checks, revenue management activities and cross-department collaboration.
