Qualifications

• A passion for food preparation and a willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, food safety, hygiene, and safe food handling practices.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail when preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and managing stock.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation, cooking, and basic culinary tasks in accordance with recipes and quality standards.

• Supporting stock control activities, including receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen supplies to minimise waste.

In this role you will be responsible for:
