Job summary

Quest Canberra Dickson is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and respond to enquiries with warmth and professionalism. This role focuses on creating memorable stays and smooth operations from the moment guests arrive.

You will be the first point of contact, coordinating with housekeeping and front desk, providing local recommendations, and ensuring brand standards while accommodating flexible rosters and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
