Dorsett Gold Coast is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the team in a casual capacity on the Gold Coast. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

In this role you will assist with check-ins/outs, guest requests, and inquiries while maintaining a high level of service across all front desk operations. Flexible hours and weekend shifts are available, with opportunities to grow in hospitality and guest

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests upon arrival and departure.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
• Assist with guest reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
• Ensure all front desk operations are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to offer tailored recommendations.
• Support all aspects of customer-facing operations, ensuring a consistently high level of service across the hotel.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
