Accor's Rydges Sydney Airport is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, manage arrivals and departures, and coordinate with housekeeping and reservations to ensure a smooth stay. You will assist with check-in/out, handle cashiering, and respond to guest requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
• Deliver warm, professional guest service and handling requests.
• Experience in front office operations including check-in/out.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and providing warm welcomes and farewells.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures with accurate check-in/check-out, cashiering, and daily transactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates and local knowledge to assist guests.
• Adhere to WH&S standards and hotel policies while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
