Rydges Sydney Airport is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and ensure smooth arrivals and departures. Join a team that delivers warm, professional service at the front desk and across hotel operations.

With a focus on guest satisfaction, you’ll handle check-in/out, reservations, and interdepartmental collaboration while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety in a busy airport hotel environment.

Competenze

• 1+ years as a GSA in hotel or similar.
• Proven warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in front office including check-in/out and guest accounts.
• Ability to collaborate with other hotel departments.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and stay service-focused.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, providing warm welcomes and farewells, and promptly responding to requests, messages, and concerns.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, including accurate check-in/check-out, cashiering, daily transactions, and opening/closing duties in line with hotel procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure rooms, special requests, and guest expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages, and local area knowledge to assist guests and maximise service quality.
• Uphold hotel policies, WH&S standards, training requirements, and equipment care while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.
