Job summary

Rydges Campbelltown, part of EVT Limited, is hiring casual Guest Service Agents to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure memorable stays from arrival to departure.

Deliver warm, professional service with strong communication; coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and other teams; manage reservations, room rates and guest requests while upholding safety and hotel policies. Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a hotel front desk or guest-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver warm, professional guest service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in front office operations including check-in/out and handling guest accounts.
• Ability to build relationships with other hotel departments and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Rydges Campbelltown, delivering warm, memorable stays from arrival to departure.
• Manage check-in/check-out, cashiering, and daily transactions in line with procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, maintenance and other teams to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages and local area knowledge.
• Uphold hotel policies, WHS standards and keep a clean, professional work environment.
