Job summary

EVT is seeking an Overnight Front Desk team member to deliver warm, efficient service and anticipate guest needs during night shifts. You will manage check-ins/outs, guest accounts, and nightly audits with accuracy, ensuring all revenue and payments are correctly posted.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and cash handling skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently overnight while staying calm and professional. This role offers growth within EVT’s hotel network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, efficient service and anticipate guest needs throughout the night.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest accounts, and nightly audit tasks with accuracy.
• Ensure all revenue and payments are posted correctly and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process reservations, messages, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Night Manager to prepare rooms and resolve issues.
• Maintain communication and uphold hotel policies; ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Support other departments and complete additional duties as required.
