Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Guest Services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist staff with payments and billing issues.
• Pre-assign room allocations and monitor reservations.
• Lead department meetings and communicate goals clearly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Process payments, balance cash, and secure bank at shift end.
• Coach and train employees and act as a role model.
