Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage telephone and email inquiries.
• Assist with luggage portage.
• Handle cash and balancing procedures.
• Manage reservations and night audit procedures.
• Maintain guest accommodation and common areas.
