Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Service Generalist to work across two or more departments in a resort environment in Australia.

The role involves welcoming guests, handling reservations, front desk duties, and supporting housekeeping and food and beverage as needed. You will contribute to guest satisfaction, assist with sales opportunities, and uphold our hospitality values while delivering consistent, friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Formal studies in hospitality or customer service (desirable).
• Experience in one or more areas of service at a Hotel (preferred).
• Strong work ethics; flexible and supportive of others.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer services through reservations, reception duties, guest activities and general administration tasks within the property.
• Meet and greet clients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Attend to check in and check out of guests promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure guest accounts are receipted, recorded, and reconciled according to guidelines.
• Provide accurate and relevant information by phone and over the counter.
• Maintain high standard of customer service in all interactions.
• Support with promotional materials and sales activities when appropriate.
• Adhere to OH&S policies and company procedures.
