Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Service Generalist to support daily Front Office & Food & Beverage functions, ensuring Owners and Guests receive efficient, courteous service throughout their stay.

You’ll handle front desk duties, greeting guests, check-in/out, inquiries, luggage handling, and basic admin tasks while maintaining a proactive, positive attitude and professional grooming standards. Weekend and holiday rosters apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, cafe, or restaurant settings.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Food Safety certificate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible roster.

Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage functions such as preparing and serving Food & Beverages.
• Front desk duties: greeting owners and guests, check in/out, inquiries, portage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations and night audit procedures.
• Knowledge of administration equipment and basic word processing, email, and Excel documentation.
