Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking a guest services associate to welcome guests, manage seating, and assist with reservations across dining venues. You will support both buffet and à la carte service, ensure smooth navigation of the seating system, and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing reservations, and handling payments where required, while maintaining a polished appearance and accurate guest records for future visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months of fast food/quick service cashier experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to dining tables.
• Advise guests of waiting times during reservations.
• Assist with seating and reservations system.
• Buffet: take guest beverage orders and inform guests of offerings.
• A la carte: seat guest and present menus.
• Answer phones and take reservations.
• Verify reservations and comp and credits, if applicable.
• Receives payment from casino guests in a prompt and courteous manner, if applicable.
• Maintain podium by stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
• Record preferential information for future service, if applicable.
• Maintain menu knowledge.
