Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking an Entertainment Center Supervisor to lead on a daily basis, working with managers to guide hourly staff, training, and enforcing service standards. The role emphasizes guest relations, safety, sanitation and adherence to policies while supporting cost controls and environment management.

The supervisor will model ownership, motivate staff, and take an active part in recruitment, while ensuring high levels of service and a premier guest experience across entertainment

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in a high-volume Family Entertainment Center environment.
• Interest or knowledge of motor sports.
• Strong written, verbal and organizational skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations including staffing, scheduling, labor, maintenance, cleanliness and service quality.
• Maximize daily sales while effectively managing costs, labor and cash control.
• Maintain opening, running and closing duties for the department.
• Ensure staff morale remains high and assist with staff training and relations.
• Engage with guests on the floor to enhance guest relations and service quality.
• Lead special events and provide feedback on staff performance.
