Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and customer service.
• Background in bingo, casino, gaming, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong math skills for counting cash and verifying payouts.
• Excellent communication and guest service in high-volume settings.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move supplies/equipment as required.
• Familiarity with POS and bingo accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Announce games clearly and verify winning cards following house rules and compliance procedures.
• Monitor sessions from the caller stand; ensure equipment and sound systems function and are visible to surveillance.
• Sell bingo paper, electronic buys, and event tabs through POS stations with speed and accuracy.
• Handle cashier duties: balance cash drawers, process transactions, and complete shift-end reconciliation.
• Perform paymaster duties: verify jackpots and payouts with accurate bank controls.
• Act as floor runner: upsell paper and games while assisting guests during active sessions.
• Manage pull tab inventory and record-keeping for issued and returned tabs.
• Prepare and maintain bingo hall inventory and paper movement logs for compliance.
• Set up the hall before sessions and ensure a guest-ready environment.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
