Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking Food Servers to deliver prompt, courteous service in a fine-dining/casual environment. You will take orders, maintain the dining area, and inform guests about offerings while staying compliant with health and safety standards.

Candidates should have at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably six months of experience in food service, with strong knowledge of menu items and allergens. Training provided on the POS system and service procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of six months of food server experience preferred.
Fine dining knowledge including beer, wine and spirits is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Delivers prompt, courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant guests in line with venue standards.
Takes and fulfills orders; keeps dining area and kitchen clean and neat.
Maintains knowledge of the menu and ingredients, with attention to allergens.
Informs guests of venue offerings and assists with upselling where appropriate.
Refills beverages promptly and manages table cleanliness.
Assists with side work and opening/closing duties as needed.
Operates POS system, handles payments and gives correct change per procedures.
Works as a team member to ensure smooth operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
