Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking a capable supervisor to enforce performance standards, policies and procedures across venue operations. You will monitor Food Server service on the dining floor and ensure smooth, efficient operations at all times.

The role focuses on delivering superior guest service, maintaining fair team relations, and ensuring health and safety compliance with all laws and internal controls. You will support scheduling, coaching, and timely feedback to build a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related supervisory experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification, or ability to become certified, and knowledge of HACCP standards required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Enforces performance standards, policies and procedures as they relate to venue operations; monitors Food Server service on the dining floor.
• Ensures the highest possible standards of guest service and team member relations.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety standards/regulations and all applicable laws.
• Assists venue manager with scheduling of team members and staffing levels.
• Monitors job performance and provides feedback to aid team member development.
• Directly supervises all service team members on assigned shift.
