Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities in Stanwell Tops, NSW, is seeking a Program & Bookings Coordinator to work with guests from initial enquiry to arrival, tailoring programs to group goals and coordinating details to bring experiences together.

You will talk with guests to understand needs, coordinate enquiries and cancellations, prepare quotes and handover documentation, and collaborate with Program, Guest Relations, Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure every arrival runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bookings, programs, events or customer enquiries.
• Strong organisation and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage changing priorities while keeping others informed.

Responsibilities

• Talk with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs and activities.
• Coordinate program enquiries, confirmations, amendments and cancellations and keep the systems updated.
• Prepare accurate quotes, deposits, schedules, program information and handover documentation.
• Work closely with Program, Guest Relations, Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to prepare for each group's arrival.
• Identify opportunities that improve the guest experience and make effective use of the venue.
