Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to guide and train a team across guest spaces at the Stanwell Tops site. You’ll set standards, coordinate daily workflows, and support the Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain a home‑like ambience for guests.

In this permanent, full‑time role, you’ll manage stock, assist with ordering, and document processes while ensuring cabins and common areas meet quality expectations for every stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping within a hotel, resort, or similar setting.
• Leadership skills to mentor and support a team.
• Basic Microsoft/computer skills for stock ordering and documentation.
• A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the housekeeping team to maintain high standards.
• Train new team members and communicate with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure daily workflows run smoothly and set the standard for cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and update documentation (team wiki).
• Ensure guest spaces are prepared to home-like quality for each arrival.
