Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities operates the Tops Conference Centre, Stanwell Tops. We are seeking enthusiastic Outdoor Activity Guides to lead and supervise outdoor programs for school-aged participants.

This casual role offers opportunities for future fixed-term contracts and includes salary packaging and birthday leave.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership or equivalent.
• Available to work across 7 days a week.
• Current First Aid certificate (preferable).
• Working with Children’s Check (valid).
• Strong communicator with a learning mindset and a positive personality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a range of outdoor programs for school-aged participants.
• Create a fun, dynamic atmosphere while focusing on participant engagement.
• Support excellent work-life balance for the team through flexible scheduling and strong teamwork.

Do you have a passion for the Outdoors? The TopsConference Centre is looking for enthusiastic Outdoor Activity Guides to joinour growing team.

We are seeking passionate Outdoor Activity Guides to join our close-knit team to lead and supervise a range of outdoor based programs catering predominately to school aged participants. Several casualpositions are currently available, with opportunity for fixed term contracted employment in the future.

• Casual, 0 hours per week position
• Located in Stanwell Tops

The Essentials

• Qualifiedwith a minimum of a Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (SIS30619) orequivalent, or a commitment to obtain one. (NB. Wesley VocationalInstitute, in partnerships with The Tops, delivers a Certificate III inOutdoor Leadership (SIS30619) with 2 intakes annually).
• Available to work across 7 days a week
• Hold acurrent First Aid Certificate (preferable)
• Hold avalid Working with Children’s Check
• Eagerto engage participants with program outcomes.
