Job summary

Alloggio is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our motel reception and guest services in Bathurst, Australia. You will oversee day-to-day front office operations, supervise a small team and ensure friendly, efficient service throughout guests' stay.

Ideal candidates will have motel/hotel management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and be organised with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Motel/hotel or accommodation management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident supervising a team.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using booking and property management systems.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the motel reception/front office.
• Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest enquiries.
• Manage reservations, room availability and group bookings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and maintained to a high standard.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Liase with Local Tourism centres and local groups
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
• Assist with improving guest satisfaction and maintaining motel standards.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and workplace safety requirements are followed.
