Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality, business, tourism.
• Minimum 1 year in motel/hotel management or supervisory role.
• Experience operating a property management system and handling reservations/invoicing.
• Knowledge of OTAs and channel management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily motel operations, ensuring presentation and guest experience meet brand standards.
• Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, supervise reception and act as main guest contact.
• Manage bookings, rates and inventory across distribution channels; coordinate reservations.
• Prepare staff rosters and coordinate housekeeping, breakfast, and guest services.
• Oversee budget, costs, and financial records; monitor revenue and occupancy against targets.
