Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Australia is seeking a Guest Experience Host Team Leader to drive onsite guest experiences across our resort network. You will lead the Guest Experience Hosts, schedule presentations, and generate sales appointments to showcase the benefits of holidaying with Travel + Leisure Co.

The role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and the ability to build rapport with guests and staff. Weekend/public holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel/resort environment.
• Demonstrates strong customer service values in all activities.
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques.
• Ability to quickly build rapport.
• Sound problem solving and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels employees and guests.
• Working knowledge of computer software and sales applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts onsite.
• Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations during the guest’s stay at the resort property.
• Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
• Establish rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with the resort operations team for seamless check-in processes.
• Articulate the benefits of travelling within Travel + Leisure Co community.
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
• Support weekend and public holiday shifts and lead by example.
